Business days after the parcel leaves production. Fulfillment (production, quality control and packing) adds 1–2 business days before that, 1–3 for Tough and Snap cases.
Times are typical, not guaranteed: carrier delays, remote areas and customs checks outside the EU can add days. Other countries are quoted at checkout.

Shipments to the UK, the US and other non-EU destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival, set by the destination country.
Write to us before the order enters production and we correct the address. After that, we do what the carrier allows.
Tell us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we reprint and reship at no cost to you or your customer.
Plain, rigid, recyclable mailers sized for cases and accessories, with no third-party marks. Your own card goes inside for €0.25 an order.
