White label packaging: what your customer sees
Every order leaves our production hub in plain, unbranded packaging. Your customer sees your brand on the store and in the tracking email, and never sees ours on the parcel or in the box.
What white label means at TullunPrint
We are the manufacturer behind your brand, not a brand in the box. There are no TullunPrint logos, inserts or promotional material in the parcel. The return address and the sender name on the label are neutral.
What is in the parcel
- The printed case, quality-checked and protected from scratches
- A plain mailer box or mailer sized to the order
- Tissue or protective wrap for the case
- Nothing else unless you asked for it
Tracking under your name
When the order is handed to the carrier, the tracking number syncs back to your store or via webhook to your platform, so the shipping notification your customer receives comes from you.
Custom packaging and inserts
A thank-you card in every parcel is yours to set up in Settings, on any plan, for €0.25 an order: your logo and a message with a QR code, a finished card of your own, or one you design. Branded packaging is available for sellers with steady volume. Talk to sales from the white label page and we will scope what is possible for your order profile.
Why it matters
A consistent unboxing is part of the product. Customers who never see a third-party logo are more likely to reorder from you and to recommend your brand, not the printer.
