How to launch a phone case brand with zero inventory

What "zero inventory" actually means

With print on demand nothing is made until a customer pays. You publish a product with your artwork, the order lands in your TullunPrint account, and the case is printed, checked, packed and handed to the carrier from our production hub near Riga. There is no minimum order and nothing sits on a shelf.

Step 1: pick two or three case types, not ten

A tight range sells better than a long one. Most new brands start with a transparent hybrid case and a glossy tough case, then add MagSafe^®-compatible and earbud cases once they know what their audience buys. Every case type on the site lists the devices it fits.

Step 2: prepare artwork for the print area

Export at 300 dpi, in sRGB, with bleed on every side. For transparent cases, decide deliberately which areas stay clear: unprinted plastic shows the phone colour through, which is a feature, not a flaw.

Step 3: connect your store

Shopify, Etsy and WooCommerce connect from inside your account; the product, its mockup and its variants are pushed to the store, and orders flow back automatically. If you run your own platform, the Order API does the same job.

Step 4: price with the real numbers

Your margin is the retail price minus the production cost, shipping and platform fees. Use the profit calculator on the homepage to test a price before you publish, and read our pricing article for a fuller method.

Step 5: launch small and read the data

Publish, run a first campaign, and watch which designs and case types move. Because nothing is pre-made, dropping a design costs nothing and adding one takes minutes.
