Building a personalisation flow on the Order API

If your customers design their own case in your app, the Order API lets you send the finished artwork straight into production and follow the order to delivery with webhooks.

What you get

API access comes with the Pro plan. You create a key in the account, and the base URL is https://app.tullunprint.com/api/v1. There is no separate developer sign-up.

The flow

  • Read the catalog with GET /catalog to list case types and supported devices
  • Put the customer’s artwork at a public https link; the order carries it as the item’s file
  • Create the order with POST /orders: the case type, the device, the artwork link and the shipping address
  • Register a webhook with POST /webhooks and receive status changes as the order moves through production and shipping
  • Poll GET /orders/{id} at any time for the current status and tracking

Artwork requirements

Send print-ready files: 300 dpi, sRGB, with bleed. The API validates the dimensions against the print area of the chosen case, so a personalisation UI should export at the template size for that device.

Statuses your customer will care about

Received, Being made and On its way, with the tracking number once there is one. Map these to your own order page so the customer always sees the same words in the same order.

Where to find the details

Endpoint parameters, example payloads and keys are on the API page inside your seller account. The public API page on this site explains the model at a glance.
