Shipping Policy
The order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after the payment is cleared Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed next business day. If your delivery address is within United Kingdom your shipment will be dispatched via Royal Mail RM48 Tracked shipping method. If your shipping address is within Germany your parcel will be delivered via Deutsche Post shipping method, if your delivery address is within United States your shipment will be dispatched via USPS First Class shipping method. If your delivery address is within Latvia shipment will be dispatched via Latvijas Pasts. For the rest of the world shipment will be dispatched via Global Mail shipping service. Shipping costs includes postage and packaging + labor costs. International shipping varies for different countries, delivery within United Kingdom usually takes 2-3 business days, delivery within Germany usually takes 2-4 business days, delivery within USA usually takes 3-5 business days, delivery within Latvia usually takes 1-5 business days, delivery excluding Latvia, United Kingdom, Germany, USA usually takes 5-20 business days. Once items are handed to shipping services it is not in our control to effect shipping time, it can be delayed due to transit operation, working speed of sorting centres, bank holidays in different countries, natural disasters etc. You may return items within 14 days from receipt date to Lizuma iela 1-201, Riga, Latvia LV-1006
Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please check whether such an option is available in your account. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
The risk of loss of, damage to and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It shall be your (if you are a User) or your Customer's (if you are a Merchant) responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case TULLUN PRINT will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product. For Users in the European Economic Area the risk of loss of, damage to and title for Products will pass to you when you or a third party indicated by you has acquired the physical possession of the Products.
If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you or your Customer may make a written claim for replacement of (or credit to the Member’s account for) the lost Product in compliance with TULLUN PRINT. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to TULLUN PRINT investigation and sole discretion.
